Lash & Brow Enhancement Studio
I know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control many you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. I will be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies appt;
Mask policy-
everyone required to wear a mask before entering to the lash & Brow Enhancement studio. Because we work close to the face. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

24 HOURS FOR CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS-
If you want to change or cancel your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid changes. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest.
Lash & Brow Enhancement has $40 non-refundable fee for Any cancelations made less than 24 Business hours prior. We also have a one -strike policy for no-show appointment. After( 1) one no show appointment you will be required to pay in full prior to your subsequents visit. If you need to cancel your appointment , please let us know at least 24 hours in advance or a $40 fee will apply.
Please Arrive Early-
Every appointment has an allotted time period. If it is your 1st visit, please arrive at least 15 min before your appointment start time to finish your paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Late Arrival-
If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be Charged 100% of the service fee, if you arrive more thean15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee, per our late cancelation policy.out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guests's appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late. If you 10 minutes late please contact us and update.
No makeup and contact lenses-
Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes in the day of your appointment. If you come with eye makeup or Mascara we might charge you extra to remove your makeup.do not use an oil- based makeup remover,as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the expansions and your natural lashes. During the procedure please do not have contact lenses.
Relashes-
- If any time you have less then 10 extension per eye, we will charge full set price.
- If it has been more then 4 weeks since your last appointment, the purchase of a full set will be required.
- If you have already eyelash extension from other salon, there may be additional fee if the extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. The Lash extension removal fee will apply.
Eyebrow tinting or lamination-
Please arrive without any brow makeup or cream near the brow area. If you have brow makeup please remove before arrive. Please do not use oil based makeup remover.
